What is Grace & Purpose Apparel?

Grace & Purpose Apparel is a faith-centered clothing brand created to inspire confidence, encouragement, and purpose. Our designs are made to speak life, strengthen identity, and remind you that what you wear can carry meaning.

Every piece is created with intention—because purpose is not just something we talk about. It is something we walk in.

What kind of products do you sell?

We offer apparel and accessories such as T-shirts, long sleeve tees, sweatshirts, hoodies, and other purpose-driven lifestyle items. Product availability may vary as new collections are released.

Are your products faith-based?

Yes. Many of our designs are inspired by faith, purpose, grace, identity, encouragement, and spiritual growth. Our goal is to create apparel that feels meaningful, wearable, and rooted in truth.

 

Ordering

How do I place an order?

Simply choose the product you want, select your size and color, add it to your cart, and complete checkout. Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation by email.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

Orders are sent into production quickly. Because our items are made-to-order, changes or cancellations are not guaranteed once an order has been submitted.

I entered the wrong shipping address. What should I do?

Please contact us immediately at order@gracepurposeapparel.com with your order number and correct shipping address.

If your order has already entered production or shipped, we may not be able to change the address. Customers are responsible for entering accurate shipping information at checkout.

 

Sizing & Product Details

How do I know what size to order?

Each product page includes sizing information to help you choose the best fit. We recommend reviewing the size chart before ordering, especially because our apparel is made-to-order.

Are your shirts true to size?

Most items have a standard unisex fit unless otherwise stated in the product description. Fit may vary slightly depending on the garment brand, style, and material.

Do you offer size exchanges?

Because our products are made-to-order, we do not offer free size exchanges for items ordered in the wrong size.

Please review the size chart carefully before completing your purchase.

What materials are your shirts made from?

Product materials vary by item. Each product page includes details such as fabric type, weight, fit, and care instructions.

 

Shipping & Delivery

How long does it take to receive my order?

Because our products are made-to-order, each item must be produced before it ships. Processing and shipping times may vary depending on the product, order volume, and shipping destination.

You will receive tracking information once your order has shipped.

Do you offer tracking?

Yes. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking link by email so you can follow your package.

Why is my order taking longer than expected?

Delays can happen due to production volume, carrier delays, weather, holidays, incorrect addresses, or other shipping issues outside our control.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time, we only ship within the United States, including:

  • Alaska
  • Puerto Rico
  • U.S. Virgin Islands

We do not currently offer international shipping outside of these locations.

 

 

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

Most of our products are made-to-order, which means each item is created specifically for you after your order is placed. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, wrong size, wrong color, or change of mind.

What if my item arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted?

We will gladly work with you to make it right. Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order and include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the damaged, defective, or misprinted item
  • Photos of the packaging, if applicable

Can I get a refund?

Refunds may be issued for approved claims involving damaged, defective, misprinted, or lost items. Refunds are not guaranteed for incorrect sizing, customer address errors, or buyer’s remorse.

Product Care

How should I wash my apparel?

To help preserve your item, we recommend:

  • Wash inside out
  • Use cold water
  • Use mild detergent
  • Tumble dry low or hang dry
  • Do not bleach
  • Do not iron directly over the design

Will the design fade?

With proper care, your design should remain vibrant. Washing inside out and avoiding high heat will help extend the life of the print.

Do I need an account to place an order?

No. You may be able to check out as a guest, depending on our store settings. Creating an account can make it easier to view past orders and manage your information.

How do I subscribe to updates?

You can subscribe through our website to receive news, product releases, special offers, and encouragement from Grace & Purpose Apparel.

How do I unsubscribe from emails?
