Thank you for shopping with Grace & Purpose Apparel. We want you to feel confident when ordering from us. Because our products are made-to-order through our print-on-demand production partner, each item is created specifically for you after your order is placed.

Please read this policy carefully before purchasing.

Made-to-Order Products

Most items sold by Grace & Purpose Apparel are custom printed and fulfilled through Printful. Because each product is produced on demand, we do not keep traditional inventory and cannot accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as:

  • Ordering the wrong size

  • Ordering the wrong color

  • Change of mind

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Preference for a different style or fit

  • Incorrect shipping address entered by the customer

Please review all product descriptions, sizing charts, colors, and order details carefully before completing your purchase.

Damaged, Defective, or Misprinted Items

We will gladly work with you to make things right if your item arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted.

To report an issue, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order at:

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item and the problem area

  • Photos of the packaging, if the package arrived damaged

Once we review your claim, we may offer a replacement, reprint, store credit, or refund depending on the situation.

Lost Packages

If your package appears to be lost in transit, please contact us no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.

We will review the tracking information and work with our fulfillment partner to determine the next step. If the package is confirmed lost due to a carrier or fulfillment issue, we may offer a replacement or refund.

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address, we may be able to reship the item, but additional shipping costs may apply. We are not responsible for orders lost or returned because of an address entered incorrectly by the customer.

Size Exchanges

Because our apparel is made-to-order, we do not offer free returns or exchanges for incorrect sizing.

Please review the size chart on each product page before purchasing. Sizing can vary slightly by product, brand, and garment style.

Order Cancellations

Orders are sent into production quickly. Because of this, cancellation requests are not guaranteed.

If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible at:

If the order has already entered production or has been fulfilled, we may not be able to cancel it.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

Once approved, refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank, credit card provider, or payment processor.

Shipping costs are generally non-refundable unless the refund is due to a confirmed production, fulfillment, or shipping error.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive damaged, defective, or misprinted:

  • Made-to-order apparel

  • Custom printed products

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards

  • Items damaged due to normal wear, misuse, or improper care

Final Notes

We reserve the right to refuse refunds, replacements, or exchanges for claims that do not meet the requirements of this policy.
